D2nt Error Only One Copy May Run At A Time

A "Colombian" monumental

Although this controversial issue does not touch the import of beer (yet), as a consumer and fan of other alcoholic beverages, one of stupidity makes me what the unionization of Governors intends to apply to the importation of liquor .
These " luminaries" of leaders to tackle smuggling, try to annul the legal trade of beverages with high alcoholic content. This actually makes me a solution as "as there are many criminals on the street, to imprison innocent people."
Clearly, these measures would aim to pressure people to buy liquor only factories that produce departmental in addition to firing smuggling (in itself quite high), and an unprecedented boom of adulterated liquor (which circulates in the millions). The legal trade in this type of beverage income lets the two separate governments, but it seems that the voracious appetite of the leaders want more, but what is not understood is why they want to maul the breast that gives milk?, What that inevitably leads me this question: Will there be another that gives much more milk and that can be glued without anyone * realize?
And as always, excuses populist governors have not been impressive:
1) It is for health.
2) It is for development.
3) Is there to end poverty.
4) is that many people hungry.
5) And so on.
Although the national government has been declared against these arbitrary measures, as the country has trade agreements with specific rules, and if violated, could trigger lawsuits, you need a sturdy stance, as the nation would also juicy perceive taxes (other tit giving lots and lots of milk to the appetite of politicians)
Finally, it is an issue which is not very clear goal, but as it becomes effective, the country would badly allocating resources for the war millionaires smuggling (enough we have to of narcotics), medical care for people who are intoxicated with liquor adulterated and other matters that are satisfied by the large amount of taxes the legal importation of liquor must face. * No
